Make Student an Active Golfer

If a student has an account in your community, but they don't show up when you go to add them to a class.

Q: I see a family that joined my community, but when I go to add them to a program, they do not show up.

​A: Follow these steps:
​
1. Go to the families tab and search for the family
2. Select the family card and then select the student you are trying to add to the class
3. Click the edit button (pencil in a box) on the top right.
4. Go to Profile on the left
5. Where it says Are you an active golfer? Make sure it is toggled on and the button is orange. Click Save Changes.

You should now be able to add them to a program.

This most commonly happens when a family admin joins initially to add their child, but decides to join a program later on. Or it could just be an error at initial registration.
