The Dashboard is where you can go for a quick glance at what you have to do each time you sign in. This is based on what transactions you are a part of and what team(s) you are assigned to.

If your Dashboard is blank, you can start adding widgets to it by clicking on the title of the widget on the left side. This will add it to the right side where you'll be able to drag and drop the widget card in to the position you want.

Image shows a blank dashboard with the widgets listed on the left side under the Add Property button.

The first widget option is the Property History. This shows the last 25 properties you viewed. The following options allow you to quickly see different parts of the property.

  • Property Options (four stacked discs)

  • Health Bar (AKA Priority Bar)

  • Click on the property address to go to the details

  • Add the property to your queue

Image shows the Property History widget with the different parts listed above from left to right.

The Contact History shows you the last 25 contacts you've viewed. Here are the options for this widget.

  • Click on the name to go to the profile

  • Place a call

  • Send an email

  • Send a text

  • Add a note to the contact

The next widget you can add is Intake Form Submissions. Any intake form that's been submitted and needs reviewed will show on this widget. These are important to review and approve so you can get started on the new transaction.

After that is the Unapproved Property Documents widget. Just like it says, these are documents that need to be reviewed and either approved or rejected. You can also click on the address to go to the documents section for the property.

Image shows a list of documents with the document link above the address. To the right of the link are the Approve | Reject options.

Next is the Triggers By Priority widget. You will see any trigger that is past due or due today, due in one day, and due in two days. If you click on the corresponding button, it will pull up a new window that shows you what the triggers are.

Image shows pie graph with the three priorities represented. To the right of that are three boxes with the first being Due, next is One, and last is Two.

Last is the Property Notifications widget. Each time a property is created, there is an email associated with it that can be used to send documents related to that property. Anytime someone uses that email address to send a document, it will show on this widget so you can look at them before marking it as read.

Image shows the file that was received along with the address you can click on. Below that shows the date and time for the document. To the right of that is the Mark as read link.

If you find that you aren’t using a specific widget, you can always click on the X in the upper right corner to remove it from your Dashboard. You can also rearrange the widgets by dragging and dropping them in to the spot you want.
