Managing Intake Form Templates

This article goes over how to manage your intake form templates such as adding, categorizing, sorting, cloning, or deleting them.

What is an Intake Form Template

Intake forms let you streamline the transaction creation process without having to chase down information from your agents. It obtains accurate information from the agent through questions that can be used to form transactions, listings, etc.

This article will teach you the basics of managing your intake form templates. To learn how to edit and build out an intake form, follow along with how to build your form instead.


All Categories

Adding and using categories can help you organize your templates, making the template easier to locate.

To create different categories, click on All Categories. This will open a text box where you can type in the category name before clicking on Add.

If you need to change any current categories, click Manage Categories.

From here, you can edit the name of an existing category or delete it entirely. When you edit an existing category name, press Return/Enter on your keyboard to save the changes.

Once you have created your category, go to the intake form template on the right side and select which one you want to use with each template.

Now go back to the All Categories button and select the category you want to sort your templates by. This will change the All Categories button to what you have selected and filter your lists by it as well.

Sort Templates

If you are working on specific templates and need them at the top of your templates list, you can sort them into the order you need. To do this, click on Sort Templates and drag and drop the templates you need into your desired order.

All Intake Forms

With the introduction of secondary intake forms, you can now filter your intake forms based on their type: either primary or secondary.

Add New

To create a new primary or secondary intake form, click on Add New. Give the form a title and click Submit.

Search Bar and Renaming a Template

The search box allows you to quickly find the template you are looking for, especially if you have numerous intake form templates saved in your system.

To rename an intake form, click on the name and type in the change. Make sure to save your work by clicking the checkmark to the right of the intake form name.

Edit and Options

You can modify your intake form templates by clicking on the Edit link. This takes you to your intake form details where you can build out all of the form or convert the form into a secondary form.

To clone or delete an intake form template, click on Options.
