Contact Business
One of the benefits of this feature is that you can store all your business contacts in a cloud-based system. You and your team will be able to view the contact information immediately, as soon as it is saved.
Adding a Business Contact
Step 1:
From the left sidebar, hover your mouse over the hammer icon and click Filters.
Step 2:
Select Contact Businesses and fill out the boxes provided on the screen. Click the Create Business button to save.
Editing a Business Contact Information and All Contact Users Associated with the Business
Step 1:
Click the Business name.
Step 2:
Edit the information you wish to update.
Step 3:
Before saving the changes, scroll down and tick the box beside βUpdate all contacts associated with this businessβ, and click on Update.
Deleting a Business Contact
Step 1:
Click on the trash icon beside the business contact.
Step 2:
Type in the word Delete inside the box and click the DELETE button.
IMPORTANT:
Deleting a business contact means removing a business from all associated contacts. This cannot be undone so please be careful with what you are deleting.
