Import Your Spreadsheet

Ensure that the data populating the cells in your spreadsheet match the fields in our system. This is done in the mapping stage of an import by selecting the correct fields you are matching.

What content will be imported into your OTC account

  • Contacts

  • Task Templates

  • Email Templates

  • Text Templates

  • Property Transactions

Where to locate all my imported spreadsheets in my OTC account

From the Templates menu, click All Imports and you will find all your imported spreadsheets.

Important:

Please note, you can only map your data to the available fields. The spreadsheet must be a CSV file.
