Agent Portal for Desktop

To help you get familiar with using the Agent Portal on your computer, we’ll guide you through a few important components.

Top Toolbar

  • Notification - provides in-system alerts to you for your messages.

  • Profile - by default, you can add the following to your profile: full name, phone numbers, website, personal address, business name, and business address. You can also change your email address, username, and password at any time. If you need to check the recent change activity log or log out of the system, you can do so from here.

Left Sidebar

  • Properties - you can create your own property table/segment which will show all your transactions approved by your Transaction Coordinator or whoever manages the transaction. The property table can be filtered by Date, Contract Client Type, and Contract Status.

  • Contacts - this is where you can add, edit, and delete your contacts.

  • Intake Forms - this is an important part of the overall transaction and where you will be able to submit any new transactions. The intake form is fully integrated into Open To Close, so you never have to use another external form system.

  • API Keys - allows other apps to access your account without a password. You can add a new credential to your API keys tab.

  • Billing - you can add your credit or debit card information if your Transaction Coordinator is billing you directly from the Stripe payment platform.

  • Settings - this is where you can update the Time Zone and Help Tips.
