One-Sheet Options button

It allows you to customize and schedule your one-sheet via email.

  • Manage Fields - to add fields in your one-sheet either by “All” or by individual fields.

  • Layout - it allows you to drag the one-sheet sections into the order desired. Only field sections with content and selected fields will be displayed on one sheet.

  • Design - to customize the color of the table header, table header font, address font size, address sub-text font size, table font size, and uploading a logo.

  • Schedule & Send - your one-sheet will be sent automatically from your default email address by scheduling the date and time of your one-sheet.

  • Preview - a viewing of one sheet before it becomes available and before sending it. The Preview button is also available on the bottom page of one sheet.

  • Download - to download the one-sheet and the Download button is also available on the bottom page of one sheet.

  • Delete - to permanently remove one sheet and this cannot be undone once removed.

One-Sheet Settings

You can set up your one-sheet for your organization and this will affect all one-sheets for your entire organization.

Step 1:

From the gear icon, go to the Global Settings and select Defaults under Organization Settings.

Step 2:

Look for One-Sheets and set up your one-sheet settings.

  • Remove empty fields - If there is no value, the fields will be removed.

  • Field Direction - How the one sheet property fields will be displayed.
