Add Contacts from OTC transaction to Dotloop Property
Step 1:
Inside the OTC transaction, you can either go to the API’s tab or go to the Contacts tab and look for the contact user (s) that you want to add to Dotloop.
Step 2:
Click the Add to Dotloop link button.
Step 3:
Fill out or update the field boxes.
If you have Personal Details filled out on the Contact's record within Open To Close, they will auto-populate in the field boxes.
Dotloop Roles - Please note, Dotloop requires you to select one of their roles (you cannot use your Open To Close role).
Street Name and Street Number - Dotloop splits the street name and street number into two fields.
Step 4:
Click the Add Loop button.
