Importing Property Transactions

Step 1:

From the hammer icon, go to the Templates menu and select New Import.

Step 2:

From the Import Type dropdown, choose Properties.

Step 3:

Click Locate Spreadsheet to grab your spreadsheet from your computer.

Step 4:

Enter the following required information.

  • Timezone - you can always change it individually on each property.

  • Team - choose the assigned team that will manage these property transactions

  • Team User - choose the assigned team user that will manage the property transactions

  • Contract Title, Contract Client Type, and Contract Status - your contract client type and contract status must match the values you have available in your field options. Please ensure that these fields are available in your spreadsheet columns.

Step 5:

Click the Upload Spreadsheet button.

Step 6:

Simply choose a "field type" for each column. Once finished, click Finalize Import. If some columns are blank, you can always delete them by clicking the 🗑 icon.

Step 7:

Once the spreadsheet is successfully imported, you will be directed to the Queued Imports page and you will see the status of your imported spreadsheet. You will be notified via email once the import process has been completed.

Important:

Due to a large amount of data, property uploads are limited to 250 records per spreadsheet.

Delete Import Properties

  1. From the hammer icon, go to Templates and click All Imports.

  2. Look for the import spreadsheet that you want to remove and click the DELETE link button.

  3. Type the word “DELETE” inside the box provided and hit the DELETE button.

Important:

Once the spreadsheet is deleted, all content in the import WILL BE REMOVED and cannot be retrieved.


Pro Tip: Only give manager-level organizational users authority to delete imports in your permission settings.
