Import a Dotloop Document

Step 1:

Inside the property, hover your mouse to the More tab or click Dotloop or go to the Documents tab and click Dotloop Documents.

Tip: Please ensure that your property is linked to Dotloop.

Step 2:

Click the Import Documents button and choose the document that you want to import by choosing the folder or file in OTC. Also, you can choose one of the file roles (if applicable).

Step 3:

Click the Import button.

Important:

Choosing a "File Role" will override the document "File Name"
Currently, you can only link one of the three major APIs: Dotloop, SkySlope, and Brokermint. You have to disconnect one of these 3 major APIs from your transaction before connecting another API.
