Before linking properties from SkySlope to your Open To Close transaction, please ensure you have connected SkySlope to your Open To Close account. Once that is done, follow the steps below to link your properties.
Step 1:
Open one of your transactions and go to the More tab. Click on SkySlope under the APIs section.
Step 2:
Under Link Property, click Search.
Step 3:
You will need to select a SkySlope profile before choosing from the following search options.
Created Date Is Between...
Search Listings & Sales
Select Type
Select Status
Property Address
Email
Once you have the information applied, click on Search.
IMPORTANT:
When searching for Listings, the property in SkySlope must have a valid List Price, Expiration Date, and List Date to be accessible. If you are searching for Sales, the property must have a valid Close of Escrow, Sale Price, and Acceptance Date in SkySlope.
Step 4:
You will see a list of properties that meet your search criteria. Find the one you want to connect to and click Assign.
Once you have assigned the property, a notification will appear letting you know that the Listing or Sale has successfully been linked to SkySlope. You can now do the following:
Listings
Edit Listings inside SkySlope
Open Commission inside SkySlope
Sales
Edit Sale inside SkySlope
Open Commission inside SkySlope
Please Note: At this time, SkySlope does not provide a means to upload documents to a Listing. |
