Log into Your OpenGrants Account
Start by logging into your OpenGrants account using your credentials.
Access the Billing and Account Management Section
Once logged in, locate your avatar or initials in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu.
Navigate to Billing & Account Management
From the dropdown menu, select Billing & Account Management. This will take you to the page where you can manage your account and subscription settings.
Cancel Subscription and Delete Account
On the Billing & Account Management page, you’ll see a button with red letters labeled Cancel Subscription. Click on this button.
This action will both cancel your subscription and delete your OpenGrants account.
Confirm the Cancellation
Follow any additional prompts to confirm the cancellation. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and your subscription will no longer be active.
