Simplifying account organization on OPENLANE

What is changing?

We are rolling out system improvements, designed to optimize how dealers manage their accounts on OPENLANE. We’ve centralized all of dealership information into one place, giving dealers a clear picture of their entire business.

What’s new:

  • Consolidated view of all your purchases

    • You can use a drop down menu to filter by all transactions or at a user level

  • Sold vehicles

    • Now consolidated in one place to allow for more accurate track of performance tiers

  • Unified list of saved searches

    • Find all of the cars your dealership may want without having to switch between buying accounts

  • Simple account settings management

    • Manage pickup and dropoff location, along with payment types all in one convenient place

Dealers with multiple accounts or dealerships will now be able to view all of their transactions, records and searches in one centralized place. If a dealer would still like to view transactions made by a specific user, they can select them from a drop down menu.

Why are we making this change?

We are working to create a clearer and more organized overview of your business activities on the OPENLANE platform. You will still be able to find all of the same information you’re used to, now all compiled in one place.
