Two common scenarios for emails not being received:
The emails have been incorrectly flagged as “Spam” or “Promotional.”
Check your “Spam” and “Promotions” folders. If you see the emails, mark them as “Not Spam”.
The email address we have on file may be outdated or incorrect.
Your user account name is the same as primary email address. If it is incorrect, please contact us.support@openlane.com.
If you would like to request that we add one of your colleague's emails to your account, please contact us.support@openlane.com
