Connect OPENLANE directly to your bank with Plaid
We’ve partnered with Plaid to keep your bank account credentials secure by using their integration technology with thousands of U.S. banks and financial institutions. Depending on your bank, it can take up to two days to complete and confirm ACH, so do it now to ensure a seamless buying experience.
To sign up for ACH, click this link or access the Plaid form via the Payment Tab in your dealership’s settings.
Click continue, search for your financial institution, and follow the prompts to connect your bank account.
For the majority of banks, the sign-up process is instantaneous.
For some institutions or if the institution is not directly integrated with Plaid, you will need to confirm the account and routing numbers for your account and complete an automated micro-deposit process for security purposes.
Having problems?
If the above processes are unsuccessful, click the “Didn’t find your account?” link to manually submit your banking information to OPENLANE. This way is not instantaneous, so there is generally a delay in seeing your banking information reflected using this method.
