We wanted to inform you on the downtime and potential loss of data happened on 11/20/2019.

Today, we were responding to some recurring memory issues on our server, and we backed up our database at 4:55pm EST. However, as we were working towards a fix, we had to initiate a restore using that backup at 6:40pm EST, which resulted in the loss of data that happened between those two hours: 4:55pm EST -  6:40pm. We took the website down to investigate further and recover as much of the lost data as possible. We estimate around 130 users were effected by this.
