Selection your session type by clicking the box under 'Select Session Type'. This will show three options available in a drop-down menu:

Note: It is important that you click the correct option from the drop-down menu as this will alter the fields for you to complete.

​1. Selecting your session type: 'Online Session'

If you would like to add an online session, click the option 'Online Session' from the drop-down menu.

Add the virtual session name and the URL where the session can be accessed from. Also select whether the session will be interactive, or will only be a one-way broadcast.

2. Selecting your session type: 'Offline Session at a physical location'

If you would like to add an offline session, click the option 'Offline Session at a physical location' from the drop-down menu.

Add the location of your session by typing the address in the box provided. Please select a location from the options provided. You can also move the red circle on the map to your desired location, which will automatically update in the address box.

Next, select whether your session is taking place indoors or outdoors, and finally select any of the amenities that the session of your location offers to participants.

3. Selecting your session type: 'Both Online and Offline Session'

This option includes sessions that take place in a physical location and are also streamed.

For this option, complete all of the steps shown above.

At any point you can click on the messaging icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen to chat to one of the Open Sessions team.
