If you are having problems accessing Open Sessions then you should be able to reset your password in order to gain access.

Go onto the Open Sessions home page and click ‘Log In.’

The following window will pop up and click on the ‘Forgotten Password?’ button:

Enter your email and click 'Submit'. Wait for link to come through to your email address, if the email does not appear check your Junk folder.

Once in the email, read the information on how to reset your password and click on the 'Reset Password' button.

Enter your new password and then click 'Reset Password'.
