Letting participants know important information about your session

The more participants know about about a session, the more confident they will be to attend.

1. Go to your session and click on the 'Info for particpants' button. You will find this field when editing or creating a session.

2. Please use the ‘What do people need to know?’ textbox to add any important information participants need to know. For example, if there is a specific meeting point such as astro turf 2 or the bandstand on the east side of the park.

Covid-19 safety measures:

You can use this textbox to add any safety measures you currently have in place. You might want to includes measures such as:

  • managing any limitations on numbers, especially indoors,

  • enforcing social-distancing measures,

  • cleaning and using signage that encourages positive behaviour.

  • for team sports, you should make the guidelines under which you’re operating very clear from the off
