ONRAMP Withdrawal User Guide (Fiat)

If you would like to request a withdrawal in ONRAMP website, you need to get approved by ONRAMP KYC process.

In this article, you will find step-by-step instructions on how to request a withdrawal after your KYC approval.


The process from ON/RAMP wallet sign-in/sign-up to withdrawal

note: The withdrawal from Merchant will be done through your email, please make sure you are setting up account by using the same email as Merchant registered email.


After logging in, you will see the Wallet page, please select "Spend" at the top.

For mobile version, please tab on name initial icon at the top right, and tab on "Spend"

In the "Spend", click "Other"


In the "Other" tab, you will see only one service available.

  • Cash withdrawal (Japanese bank account only)

If you scroll down, you can see "Cash Out".

and if you prefer to make a request, could click on "Spend your points"

*Please note that for Cash withdrawal, minimum amount for this service is approximately around 350 EUR. (around 567,423 Stability depends on exchange rate), if possess amount not reaches the minimum threshold "Spend your points" button will be not available.

The maximum amount that you can make a withdrawal in one time is 5000 EUR.


In this article, we will demonstrate with "Cash Out".

The fee for cash withdrawal is 3.5%

In the screen below, you will need to fill in all the fields, including your bank account details.

Amount to spend - max will show the maximum amount you can withdraw based on the available balance in your account.

Enter the withdrawal amount. (In this example, 350 EUR).

Once you have filled in all the fields, click on the "Buy" button.

*Date of birth, Address line and Country will be filled from the data that you have submitted your KYC, therefore edit these fields are not possible, please ask support if you need help on these.


After pressing the "Buy" button, you will see the confirmation page with Stability amount needs to spend.

Press the "Confirm purchase " button.

For Smartphone screen will be shown as followed.


After the system processes your request, you will see the following screen.

At the same time, you will receive a confirmation email in your registered email.

In case you would like to cancel the request, please contact our support channel.

If we completed the process, it is not possible to cancel the request, but if you contact us before that, we are able to cancel it.
