If you would like to make a withdrawal request from ON/RAMP, it's possible to SWAP Stability to Layer 1 token to your wallet address.
This article will show you how to make the request.
Sign-In or Sign-Up to ON/RAMP Wallet
Firstly, please log in to your ON/RAMP wallet from this link.
If you have not yet created an ON/RAMP account, please sign up for one from this link.
*Important Note: you must use the same email address that you have registered with the merchant.
Import wallet or Create wallet
You need to either import wallet or create wallet before you can perform a SWAP procedure in this link.

Once you log in to your wallet and you have already imported wallet, the wallet page will be shown as picture below, you can see that "SWAP" function is enabled.
Important! if you have imported multiple wallet
In case you have imported multiple wallets, before sending the funds, please check that you are connecting to the right wallet target address.
By click on you profile icon on the top right of the page.
On wallets click "View"
Choose your target wallet, if your target wallet already have had check mark (meaning you are connecting to your target wallet), no action is needed.
Once swap target wallet is selected, verification is required by enter your ONRAMP wallet password.
After all set, click "Swap"
Here you can see your Stability balance in "Your Assets", you can input your requested Stability amount that you want to swap in "Amount" field and its value in your fiat currency will be calculated and displayed below.
Select the token type you want to swap to.
After token type is selected, the required minimum Stability amount will be shown.
*Please note that minimum amount is subjected to change depending on exchange rate, token and also network (incase of USDT) you selected.
*ONRAMP has no maximum amount on SWAP.
*SWAP fee will be 3% + mining fee (depending on market price).
For example , ETH minimum amount is 8,895 Stability
Next example, TRX minimum amount is 10,568 Stability
Next example, if USDT is selected the target network will show up, in case network is Ethereum, minimum amount is 27,200 Stability.
While Solana network minimum required amount is 75,554 Stability.
Once everything are selected, please click "Continue"
Then, review your request, if all is correct, please click "Confirm"
After you submitted your swap request, your targeted crypto wallet will be update within 1 business day.
*Please note that some additional documents may be requested, if the amount requested is large, and as we need to verify requested documents, it may take longer time to process.
Within 1 business day your requested SWAP token will be reflected to your wallet. If you click on each token's icon, you can review each token activities, in this example ETH.
Click ETH icon, then scroll down to review ETH activity.
Send Crypto
Once you have swapped your Stability to your targeted crypto. You can send your crypto to your non-ON/RAMP wallet. ON/RAMP provide "SEND" Crypto (Layer 1 token) service to your target wallet address. Currently, we support Bitcoin, ERC20, Solana and Tron network.
In case you want to send your crypto, please follow the instruction below.
On your wallet page click on "SEND" button.
On "Your asset", please click then select a token you want to send, each token will also display its balance.
Input your target wallet address in "Wallet Address" and an amount you want to send in "Amount" then click "Continue".
* If your selected Asset and wallet address's network are not aligned, you can not proceed further once you click "Continue". The message "The recipient address is invalid" will be shown. In this case please recheck that your wallet address is aligned with your requested network.
On "Send Crypto" page, please recheck your target "Address" and "Network" once again. Regarding to "Fee", it will be calculated and shown on this page and will be added and shown on the "Total Amount".
*Please note that fee is subject to change, depend on network, exchange rate etc.
Once you finished reviewing, and confirmed that all data is correct, please click "Confirm"
Enter your ON/RAMP wallet password and 6 digit code from authenticator application and click "Confirm"
Processing time could take up to 10 minutes, it may take longer time depending on crypto type. Incase it takes long processing time, please directly contact our customer service.
Later you will find check mark on "Successful", which means processing is completed and you can click "View transaction" to see a confirmation on Blockchain
Block chain confirmed the transaction.
Sending confirmation will pop up, when you finished reviewing your transaction, please click "Done"
You can review your activity by clicking on your crypto icon.
