Risk Limitation Policy

Written by OPF Capital Support

At OPF Capital, we strongly encourage all traders to apply proper and disciplined risk management practices. We recommend risking a maximum of 1% per trade in order to maintain account stability and promote long-term consistency.

OPF Capital reserves the right to monitor trading activity and assess whether a trader’s risk exposure is considered excessive, abusive, or inconsistent with responsible trading practices. If our risk management team identifies abnormal or aggressive risk behavior, we may apply specific risk limitations to the account.

Examples of excessive risk management practices may include, but are not limited to:

  • Risking significantly more than 1% per trade

  • Overleveraging positions

  • Using gambling-style trading behavior

  • Repeated high-risk exposure that threatens account stability

Consequences of Non-Compliance

  • Breach the account immediately

  • Remove or deny profits generated through abusive risk exposure

  • Apply restrictions under our Risk Limitation Policy

Accounts found violating these risk standards may become ineligible for payouts, rewards, or further participation within the program.

These measures are implemented to encourage sustainable trading habits, protect the integrity of the platform, and maintain a fair trading environment for all traders.
