New Features

User Search added to Change Org Search Box

  • We have added the capability for you to search for a users org in the Change Organization Search Box.

  • You have to use their properly formatted email address as the search parameter.

  • It will return the org where the user account was created so you can edit the account.

  • Name searches won't work only Email Addresses.

Rule Search added to the Select Pre-Create Rule Box

  • You can now search by rule name while adding rules to a question set.

  • This should make it easier to find the rule you are looking for.

Rule Search info "iMore" button added

  • The more button allows you to see a read only version of the rule from the picker so you can double check that the rule you are selecting is the correct rule.

Rule Designer Page Enhancements:

  • We added a rule description text box. This description is for people who can't read the rule logic but need to know what the rule does.

  • We added an Associated Questions data grid at the bottom of the rule page that displays every checklist and question that the rule is applied on.

  • The Associated Questions grid shows the Active/Inactive status of the checklists and the question.

  • The purpose of the Associated Questions feature is to make it easier for admins to clean out unused rules to reduce clutter.

  • We added the Rule ID to the top of the page to be consistent with rest of platform.

New Locations are now defaulted to Active

  • When creating a new location, the status is now defaulted to Active.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug on the API that allowed people to put int he wrong geo value on a location.

  • Fixed a bug that would stop people from creating tasks with attachments or photos on them.

  • Fixed a bug that would stop people from editing and saving checklists that had the same tag on the checklist and question level.
