The administrator training covers the technical aspects of setting up and maintaining the platform but also the why's behind how we set-up the platform. These introductory articles include general topics that are consistent throughout the platform, specific tips, as well as best methods. It is important to go through this before going through the rest of the training so that you can get an overall better understanding.
As long as you follow along through each section, you will be taken through the process of setting up your org step by step and have quizzes along the way to make sure you are truly understanding the material.
We broke down the training so that each section within it corresponds to a different button under the admin menu (if you don’t see these buttons on your admin menu then you don't have the permission to see that. If you know that you are supposed to have these permissions then speak with whoever set up your account)
