We designed the OpsAnalitica Platform to be flexible enough to handle any business, in any industry. We like to think of ourselves in a similar way to a spreadsheet. A spreadsheet can be as simple as a grocery shopping list or complex enough to run the financial analysis for a large corporation.

These are the steps in every implementation:

  • To mimic the company's locations, users, and reporting hierarchy.

  • To create the processes and distribute them to the proper locations and users.

  • To create dynamic checklists that simplify: completion, reporting, and administration.

Each implementation is customized to the client's needs but they are all the same at a basic level as we need to load the same types of data to make the platform usable.

At the end of your implementation:

  • Your platform will be fully configured and will be ready to use on day 1.

  • Your admin team will have completed their Admin Training and will be capable of maintaining and updating the platform in the future.

  • Your end users will be fully trained and using the platform.
