New Features

Late Notifications and Critical Notifications

  • We have moved Late and Critical Notifications from the User Account page to Checklists.

  • When we roll this out:

    • Everyone who has Late and Critical Notifications checked on their User accounts will be added to two new User Filters in your platform, Notify on Late and Notify on Critical.

    • Every checklist will have their Notify on Late and Notify on Critical set to those two User filters.

    • You will be able to go in and deselect those notifications on checklists that are less critical.

  • The benefit of doing this is that you can now control which checklists create notifications and you can create different user filters for different checklists.

  • The original configuration was oftentimes turned off by end users because it was like drinking from a fire hose and now we have given you the ability to drink from a water fountain.

Notify on Complete

  • We have now added the ability to Notify a group of Users when a Checklist is Completed.

  • This has been one of the most requested features since we created the platform.

  • Similar to the Notify on Late and Criticals, you will create a User Filter for the Notifications. Then Users who are in that Filter and who have access to the Location will get Notified when the Checklist is Submitted.

  • You can have and should have, different User Filters for each Checklist that is completed based on who needs to be alerted.

  • We WOULD NOT recommend that you put this on daily checklists as it will become overwhelming very quickly, this is more for quarterly or on-demand checklists that people don't do every day.

  • Examples: A maintenance request, slip fall report, incident report, audit, etc.

Admin Portal - New Data Grid Organization in the Users, Locations, and Questions Sets Pages.

Parent Org

Descendant Org

  • In both Parent and Descendant orgs Inactive Users, Locations, and Question Sets will be hidden by default.

  • There is a new Show All button, that will show the inactive entities when clicked.

  • The Show All button functionality is currently in use in the Checklist Builder to show Inactive Questions.

  • In Descendant Orgs, Child Orgs, we re-ordered the lists for Users, Locations, and Question Sets so that local entities will be shown at the top of the list and inherited items will be shown at the bottom.

  • They lists will be sorted in alphabetical order.

  • This will make it easier to identify the local users in a multi-org set-up quicker becasue they will be at the top of the list and all the inherited Users will be below them.

Tag Entities

  • We added tabs below the tags for all the entities that a tag is associated with.

    • Locations

    • Users

    • Assets

    • Question Sets

    • Questions

  • The tabs are only displayed if the tag is associated with an entity.

  • If the tag is not associated with any entities, you will get a message "This Tag has no Tagged Entities".

  • This will make it easier to clean up your tag list because you will be able to tell if the tag is being used.

Admin Entity History

  • Admin Entities will now have a history window on the bottom of their pages.

  • This history will show the following information:

  • Date Entity was Created and by who.

  • Date Entity was last Modified and by who.

  • This will help in troubleshooting issues and will allow us to contact the person who last Modified the entity to ask them what they did.

Question Set Editor Changes

  • We have changed the Question Set Editor and moved the Schedules and the Question Set OpsLogic functionality to their own respective tabs.

  • This was done to accomodate the new Notifications Section.

Question Set Schedule Copy

  • You can now copy schedules within a Question Set.

  • When you copy a schedule, you do not copy the name. You will need to Rename it.

  • When you copy a schedule, the times will copy over, you need to adjust the times so that they don't overlap the previous schedule or the platform won't know which schedule to apply a checklist to.

  • This will speed up the creation of checklist schedules.

Admin - Tasks Page

  • We added a Task Priority filter to the Tasks Page in the Admin Portal.

Cooper Atkins Digital Cold Chain Support

  • We now support integrating with Cooper Atkin's Digital Cold Chain Sensors.

  • We chose Cooper Atkins for 1 main reason, they can preconfigure the gateways at the factory. This means that you can set this system up at the store level with store employees in just a few minutes.

Certified OpsAnalitica Administrator Certificate

  • We have completely revamped the OpsAnalitica Administrator Training.

  • It is a cohesive course that takes you through all aspects of administrating the platform, it includes quizzes and a Certification Test.

  • The Certified OpsAnalitica Training is up in the Help Center.

  • If you pass the test, you will be able to market yourself as an OpsAnalitica Administrator.

  • You will get a fancy certificate and a badge for your LinkedIn.
