Logging in for the First Time

Once you get your app or have navigated to the website. You will need to login.

You will get your credentials in one of two ways.

  1. Your administrator will communicate your login email and password to you directly.

    1. This includes clients that use SSO (Single Sign On)

  2. You will get the New User - Set your password email.

    1. You will click the link on the email and set your password.

    2. FYI: The only password requirement is that it be 8 digits long.

  • Login: Your login name will always be an email address.

  • Password: is unique and must be 8 digits long.

  • Remember Me: Click that if you don't want to have to login in every time you access the app.

  • Forgot Password: If you can't remember your password you can click Forgot Password

    • You have to access to the email associated with the account to receive the Forgot Password reset email.

    • Support Cannot Change your Password for you.

    • If you don't receive the email within a couple of seconds, check your junk or spam folder.

    • If you don't receive the password reset email at all, it isn't the correct account email address and you should reach out to your company's OpsAnalitica Admin or your boss.

  • Support will take you to the Support Chat.
