The OpsAnalitica Platform has multiple ways to view the data we collect. The Dashboards that offer a visual representation and aggregation of data. The Reports which provide you with a specific data grid reports that you can download and conduct further analysis in a spreadsheet program.

Dashboards:

Dashboards

  • The dashboards aggregate all of the checklists and schedule compliance data in one place.

  • There are 3 levels of the Checklists Dashboard:

    • Checklists: every checklist is analyzed by looking at counts, issues, and schedule compliance.

    • Checklist: drill into an individual checklist from the top dashboard to look at how an individual checklist is doing.

      • This includes compliance, counts, individual schedule compliance, and top issues.

    • Question: drill into an individual question from the Checklist Dashboard to look at your locations are performing.

      • You can view comments and photos from all responses in this dashboard.

Reports:

Reports

  • Individual Data Grid Reports live here.

  • These are meant to be filtered and downloaded if necessary for further analysis.

  • Each report in this section looks at a specific cut of the data.

  • The Question Response and the Scheduled Checklist reports are the other two, parent reports that you could use for further analysis.
