Task List

This article describes the task list.

The Task List is where an End User can manage their individual tasks. You can access the Task List from the Task Icon, next. to the envelope icon, in the Upper Right Corner of the Screen and then by clicking on Task List.

  1. You can create a new Task Pop-up Window on any screen now, extending Task Management to the entire platform.

    1. The Task Pop-up window will close when the task is created and you can go back to what you were doing.

    2. Ex: Make a task for a manager to review a report right from the report screen.

  2. See Your Overdue Task Count in bright red.

  3. Click on any of the 5 oldest tasks right from the control.

  4. Click on the Task List button to open your complete Task List.

    1. You'll notice my overdue tasks are red similar to late schedules.

Explanation

Tasks

  • This is your task inbox, it displays tasks that you have created and are assigned to.

  • Red Tasks mean they have not been completed by their due date.

  • White Tasks mean they are before or don't have a due date.

Filters

  • Status: Filter by a task's status.

  • Location: Filter by All Locations or a Specific Location

  • Tags: Filter by Tags.

  • You have to select your filter inputs and then click Filter to refactor the list.

Select a Task

  • You select a task by clicking on the row.
