Checklist Dashboard

The Checklist Dashboard is a dashboard completely dedicated to one checklist and how your locations are doing at completing it.

Attribute

Explanation

Filters

  • Date Filters: Allow you to pick a date range for the data on the dashboard.

  • The Date range by default is always the last 7 days.

  • Location Filter: Something to note, on the dashboards you cannot select individual locations, you have to use location filters.

  • The dashboards don't have filter buttons, you simply adjust the filter and wait a second and the Dashboard will refactor automatically.

  • This Dashboard gives you more options to filter Charts by:

    • Hour

    • Date

    • Day of the Week

    • Day of the Month

Checklists

  • This chart is currently displaying counts from 2/1/2023 by Date. But, will refactor based off your selections.

  • This chart gives you a good idea of when people are doing their checklists.

Attribute

Explanation

Schedules

  • This Chart really breaks down how your locations are doing on a scheduled checklist.

  • You can see the following data:

    • Complete % in green in middle of donut chart.

    • You can see all schedule data aggregated and broken down by individual schedule.

Score

  • This breaks down the score of the checklists. The line graph shows the following data:

    • Minimum Score

    • Maximum Score

    • Average Score

Attribute

Explanation

Duration

  • This breaks down the Checklist Duration, the time it took for people to complete the checklist. The line graph shows the following data:

    • Minimum Duration

    • Maximum Duration

    • Average Duration

Tags

  • These are response set tags applied by response rules.

    • This checklist doesn't have any tags.

    • Response set tags allow you to filter data in additional ways.

Attribute

Explanation

Map

  • Across the top of the map are buttons that allow you to change the data displayed on the map.

    • Submitted: a count of submitted checklists by location.

    • Available: A count of scheduled checklists that are available to be worked right now.

    • Complete: The percentage of checklists that were submitted On-Time or Late.

    • On-Time: Count of Checklists that were submitted on-time.

    • Late: Count of Checklsits that were started and submitted Late.

    • Missed: Count of scheduled checklists that were not completed on schedule

    • Average Score: The average checklist score for the location

    • Min Score: The minimum score for this checklist by location

    • Max Score: The maximum score for this checklist by location.

    • Average Duration: The average checklist duration for the location

    • Min Duration: The minimum duration for this checklist by location

    • Max Duration: The maximum duration for this checklist by location.

    • All Issues and Critical: Counts of issues for each location

  • The map can only show 60 data points at any given time. So the map will zoom in and out to display the maximum amount of data.

  • You are able to zoom the map in and out as well, this will filter the dashboard to the locations displayed.

Map Data Grid

  • The map data grid will show all locations currently displayed on the map with the appropriate data.

Issues Data Grid

  • The issues data grid will highlight the top 5 issues on this checklist and when they are happening.

  • If you click on the individual questions, they will take you to the Question Dashboard.

  • Issues are responses with tagged with Unsatisfactory.

Questions

  • The Questions section breaks down the checklist by category and question.

  • It shows Average Score, Issue Count, and whether the question is critical.

  • If you click on an individual question, it will take you to the Question Dashboard.

  • This view will allow you to see where your teams are having operational issues.
