Available Count

  • Available checklist schedules are happening right now, the checklist schedule is currently available to be worked.

  • The count of currently available checklists.

Complete Count and Percent

  • Complete is the sum of On-Time and Late Checklists. It is the singular value that tells you how well a location is doing at completing its scheduled checklists.

  • Complete Count is the count of completed checklists.

  • Complete Percent is the percentage of completed checklists.

On-time Count and Percent

  • On-Time means that a scheduled checklist was completed before its due time.

  • On-Time Count is the count of how many checklists were submitted On-time.

  • On-Time Percentage is the percentage of checklists that were completed On-Time.

Late

  • Late checklists are started in the Allowed Late Period, which starts right after the due time and is configured by the admin.

  • Late Checklists were started in the late period and submitted.

  • Late sounds bad but it is still a submitted checklist, it just got started late.

  • Late was invented to show admins that their schedules might be too aggressive.

  • Late Count is the count of how many checklists were submitted late.

  • Late Percentage is the percentage of how many checklists were submitted late.

Missed Count and Percentage

  • A Missed checklist is a checklist that was not worked during the available schedule period.

  • A schedule is considered missed when the Due time and optional Allow Late Period have expired. At this point the scheduled checklist drops off the schedule and the location can never complete the checklist on that schedule again.

  • Missed is the inverse of Complete in the past. If you have completed 75% of your checklists then you have Missed 25%.

  • Missed Count is the count of missed checklist schedules.

    • Missed Percentage is the percentage of missed checklists schedules.
