Categories are designed to help organize your recipes into groups—like Appetizers, Entrees, and Garde Manger—that mirror your operational flow. By setting up categories to suit your specific needs, navigation becomes effortless, and each category can act as a virtual recipe book to simplify the management of your entire collection.
To create a recipe category:

1. On the recipe page, click the green + button.
2. Click "New Recipe Category".
3. Type a name for your new category and click "Save".

1. Tap the recipe icon in the main navigation.
2. Tap the ellipsis at the top right.
3. Tap "Add Category".
4. Type a category name then tap "Save".
