To deposit funds into your account follow the steps below:
Visit the ‘Portfolio’ tab
Select ‘Deposit’ on the Balance page (under ‘Cash’)
Or, tap the ‘Deposit’ button on the ‘Cash’ page
Tap the ‘Choose funding method’ button
Follow the instructions in the app (you will be connected to our funding provider, Plaid)
It will take up to 1 day for the funds to appear in your account balance.
IMPORTANT: For ACH deposit transfers, there is no fee, but there is a $25 fixed fee for reversed transfers.
