Sometimes, caches can affect how your wallet is connected to our platform. To use the platform successfully, in most cases, you need to have a clear cache.

This article will cover everything you need to know to clear your cache. The points we will cover in this article are as follows.

  • What is a cache?

  • Why do we need you to clear our cache?

  • How to clear your cache from Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer?

Let's get started! 😄

What is a cache?

A search engine cache is a temporary storage area where website data that the search engine has previously retrieved is stored. It stores a copy of a website's data on the search engine's server, enabling the search engine to quickly retrieve information the next time someone searches for the same thing. This speeds up the process of finding information on the internet, but cached versions of websites may not be up-to-date as the search engine may not have retrieved the latest version of the site.

Why do we need to clear our cache?

Clearing your cache ensures that you access the latest version of our platform. Your browser stores website elements like images and text in its cache to speed up future visits. However, outdated cached data may cause sites, including our platform, to appear or function incorrectly. Clearing your cache can free up storage space, resolve browser issues, and sometimes erase preferences and settings. Although you'll be logged out of any sites you're currently using, your preferences and settings should be restored upon revisiting.
