Summary
When creating a reward tier based on the minimum cart value, merchants have to input a number representing the value, which is normally in the default currency of the store.
If merchants sell to multiple markets, which means a variety of currency, this minimum value has to be converted to show the correct threshold of the rewards bar for each country. The advanced setting "Enable Currency converter on Rewards Bar" is for this purpose.
However, for this setting to work properly, you need to follow these basic steps:
Step 1: Set up multiple currencies through Shopify Markets.
Step 2: Set up in app.
The currency in cart is automatically converted if you have set up multiple currencies in Shopify Markets. This advanced setting is used to convert the milestones of the rewards bar only.
