For: Admins and training champions
The Program tab shows whether your training program is working. It covers the full learning journey — from who's showing up, to whether training is sticking, to whether teams are executing on the floor.
Use it to spot where the program is strong and where to push harder.
💡 Before you dive in:

Set your targets first. The dashboard compares results to your benchmarks. Update them in Reporting Settings →
Some sections only appear if enabled. Compliance must be purchased through the Opus Marketplace. Task Lists is an add-on. If a section is missing, contact your CSM.
Each section maps to a stage of the learning journey. Work through them in order for a complete picture, or jump to the section most relevant to you.
💡 Most metrics include a trend comparison so you can see whether performance is improving or drifting.
Reach
Shows whether your program is getting to the right people.
What you'll see:
Adoption: % of active users with an Opus account
Manager Engagement: % of Managers active in Opus in the last 30 days
Trainee Engagement: % of Trainees active in Opus in the last 30 days
💡Adoption and engagement are your leading indicators. If those numbers are low, everything downstream—completion, accuracy, retention—will reflect it.
Learning
Shows whether training is being completed and understood across all content types. That way, you can easily spot trends across your whole program.
What you'll see:
Assignment Completion: % of assignments completed
Course Accuracy: % of assessment questions answered correctly
Library Content Views: On-demand resource views by your team
Course Feedback: Average feedback rating across all courses
Training Assignments: Top assignments and completion counts
What this tells you:
Whether Trainees are finishing what's assigned and how that's trending
Whether content is landing, or needs updating
Whether Trainees return to the library on their own
Execution
Shows whether training is turning into behavior on the floor. Check-ins verify that Trainees can perform what they learned. Task Lists confirm that daily standards are being followed. Together, they show whether training is sticking where it counts.
What you'll see:
Check-in Completion: Check-ins completed in the last 30 days. Click into the Check-in Completion Grid for a deeper view.
Top Task Lists by Submission: Most-submitted Task Lists, with submission counts and locations
What this tells you:
Whether Managers are following up training with on-the-floor verification
Which Task Lists are being completed consistently and which aren't
Where execution gaps exist before they become bigger issues
💡 Task List reporting only appears if the Task Management add-on is enabled. Contact your CSM to set it up.
Retention
Shows whether your team is retaining what they learned and where refresher training is needed.
What you'll see:
Knowledge Check Accuracy: % of Knowledge Check questions answered correctly
Ask Opus Usage: Questions asked to Ask Opus in the last 30 days, compared to similar businesses
Ask Opus Themes: Top topics users have asked Ask Opus about in the last 90 days, surfaced automatically
What this tells you:
Whether Trainees are retaining training over time
Where knowledge gaps exist — repeated Ask Opus questions often signal content that needs strengthening
💡 Knowledge Checks and Ask Opus only appear if those features are enabled. Contact your CSM to get either set up.
Compliance
Shows how many Trainees are up to date on each compliance training. Open the Compliance assignment completion report for more detail.
What this tells you:
Where compliance coverage is slipping before an audit surfaces it
💡 Compliance reporting is available as a purchased add-on through the Opus Marketplace. Custom compliance training you've built will not appear here. Learn more about Compliance →
FAQ
How is adoption calculated?
Adoption is the percentage of Trainees with an Opus account out of the total number of users. Without an HRIS integration, it's based on the per-location employee count configured in Reporting Settings. Your CSM can help get that set up accurately.
How is course accuracy different from Knowledge Check accuracy?
Course accuracy measures performance on questions embedded in assigned courses. Knowledge Check accuracy tracks standalone checks used for ongoing reinforcement. Both matter, but they measure different things.
What do Ask Opus themes tell me?
They surface the topics users are asking about most in the last 90 days. Repeated questions on the same topic often mean training didn't fully land there. Use themes to identify where content needs strengthening or a refresher.
Why might my Ask Opus usage seem low?
Usage is compared to similar businesses. Low numbers could mean users aren't aware of the tool, or that training is already answering most questions well. Your CSM can help you interpret the data in context.
Can I export data from this tab?
Yes. Individual reports and tables can be exported as a PDF. For recurring scheduled exports, reach out to your CSM.
What if I don't see certain sections?
Task Lists is an add-on. Compliance must be purchased through the Opus Marketplace. Knowledge Checks and Ask Opus require those features to be enabled. Contact your CSM for any of these.
