When Managers can see exactly where their location stands, they act. The Location tab is what makes that possible. It gives every location a clear view of where they stand, who is behind, and what to do next.
Admins use a dropdown to switch between locations. Managers land directly in their location, scoped to the locations they manage.

Location Stats
Key performance metrics for the location at a glance. Use these to quickly assess whether the team is on the platform, completing training, and keeping up with daily operations.
What you'll see:
Adoption: % of the location's team using Opus
Assignment Completion: % of assigned modules completed
Trainee Engagement: % of Trainees actively engaging with content in the last 30 days
On-Time Task List Submissions: % of scheduled Task Lists submitted on time
All stats include a trend indicator comparing to the previous 30 days.

Module Assignment Completion
This lists every user and every assigned module so you can see exactly who is behind and on what. Click into the User Completion Grid to drill deeper and apply filters.
What this tells you:
Which Trainees haven't completed their assigned training
Which modules have the most incomplete assignments across the team
Where to focus follow-up before gaps become bigger issues

Can I export data from this tab?
Yes, individual tables and completion grids can be exported from the left sidebar. For recurring scheduled exports, reach out to your CSM.
What if I don't see Task List submissions?
