In addition to adding users and assigning them a Practitioner role, you can also view all Practitioners in your practice and add another Practitioner as your team grows.
Adding a Practitioner to this section will automatically send them an invite with the Practitioner role and permission set. They will then create their own password to log in and use Oqea Frame.
Once a Practitioner is set up, they can be assigned to a patient when a new patient is created. Assigning a practitioner to a patient means they have additional visibility into sensitive data relating to the assessment and diagnosis of that patient, such as viewing assessment results, session notes and transcripts and reviewing the report before it is published.
Multiple Practitioners can be assigned to a patient, giving each the same level of permission. This enables collaboration on reviewing and generating the report.
Once a report is finalised and published, any practitioner within the practice can view this report.
