Once a patient is created, you are guided to send a set of seven assessments to your patient, and one assessment for a family member (an informant assessment) to complete.
These assessments are used by Oqea Frame to provide a thorough and detailed understanding of your patient, and to consider other differential disorders that may need to be explored further.
Sending your assessments
These assessments can be sent altogether with a single due date that you set.
Select the 'Send all assessments' button
Select a due date you'd like the patient to complete the assessment by. This can be the date of your appointment, or earlier if you prefer. In future, we'll automatically send a reminder for you 7 days before the date you set.
You have the option to add your own custom message to this email to the patient.
This is where you can include any additional instructions about completing these assessments. Remember to preview your custom message along with the message we will send your patient.
You can choose to send the assessment to another contact here too, if you include toggle on the option to 'Include informant assessment' and enter the details.
Clicking send will send a single email with one link for the patient to complete all assessments. The email to the patient, which you can preview, includes the due date you set.
Once assessments are completed, its status will update to reflect its progress with the patient. It can either be sent, in progress or overdue.
Patients will see a similar screen, and will see status update accordingly. Once a patient completes their assessment, you can view the results by selecting 'View Results' on the [...] more menu. You can also view the results from within the report analysis after you generate one later.
