Step 1 — Check the power
- Cable properly plugged into both the fireplace AND the outlet?
- Does the outlet work? Test with another device.
Step 2 — Check the button
- Is the on/off button fully in the on position?
Step 3 — Check the LED bulb
- Open the compartment
- Make sure the LED bulb is screwed in all the way
