Orbiit relies on AI technology to connect participants with the most curated match within their community, focusing heavily on quality and impact. ⏩ How It Works
Receive an invite email
Register to be matched through a sign-up link
Matches are made: participants are introduced over email and receive a calendar invite
Access the meeting invite link directly through email and/or calendar invite, or swap out the Orbiit Meet link for the preferred provider
🚨 We lose match meeting analytics if participants swap out the Orbiit Meet link (i.e. We cannot accurately track if a group has met if we do not receive participant feedback via the post-match form).
Share feedback about your conversation immediately after meeting through an email survey
🚨 If the participant does respond to the first survey, they are sent a second touchpoint 24 hours later (not including weekend hours).

🗓 Schedule / Cadence
Example: Registration opens the first week of every month and conversations are scheduled for the following Thursday/Friday. You choose the date and time that works for you. Rescheduling can be done directly through the calendar invite.

These 1:1 forums are meant to be a safe, inclusive environment. If your experience felt unsafe, please contact the Community team immediately.
This program is entirely optional. If you register, it is expected that you show up for your designated meeting. If you cannot join, please contact your match directly over email.
Calendar invites are editable. If you need to reschedule, you can swap out the Orbiit Meet link for your preferred video platform.
