These audiences are standard across all workspaces and are uneditable.

All Members

A list of all members in your workspace, aside from those who have been archived.

πŸ’‘ This is the same as the 'Members' tab in the top navigation.

See related: Member FAQs

Bounced

A complete list of members whose emails have bounced.

This list is helpful to...

πŸ’‘ identify which members may have changed companies/emails.
πŸ’‘ re-engage with community members for updated contact information.

Referrals

This list contains individuals who either:

  • Opted-in to an engagement but was not found as a member in your 'All Members' audience list.

    • This may happen if a member had forward along the opt-in email to a friend/colleague.

  • Was recommended to join by an existing member via the opt-in form.

Typically, users who sign up through the registration link outside of the opt-in email appear on this list. For instance, if you choose to distribute the opt-in form link in your community communications or platform, members who sign up for this list who were not included in your Audience list will appear in Referrals. [@Patty, can you confirm? Not sure what is meant by the point you included below.]

  • *** Add members that fall into the Referrals audience directly into your other audiences on the platform.

Unsubscribed

A list of members who have snoozed Orbiit emails for a specified duration.
