One of my member's email has changed, but I'm not able to edit the email address in the platform. What should I do?

Click on the member's name to edit their information. Switch over to the 'Email' tab and add the member's new email address. To set the primary email, hover over the new email address and click 'Make it default'. This will switch out the old email address with the new.
