Steps to enable the Artificial Intelligence (AI) services
To set up the Hostfully Unified Inbox with AI Suggestions:
Navigate to the Agency Settings page in your Hostfully account and check the box “Activate Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services".
From the Hostfully Unified Inbox (on the web platform), you should see a "Suggest an answer" button which you can click on to generate an AI response. You can review and edit the response if needed before sending it to guests.
Please conduct a few test runs to ensure that the integration works smoothly and that the responses generated meet your expectations. Initially, responses will be always provided in the language used by the guest, but we’re planning to make this configurable shortly.
The "Suggest an answer" button only appears if the last message is from the guest.
