Please logout of Orbital Witness by clicking the account button on the bottom left of the screen.
Select “Reset my password” from the login page and a link will be emailed to you with instructions on how to reset.
If you do not receive the link please check your junk/spam folder, you may need to add noreply@orbitalwitness.com to your email contacts and select "Reset my password" again.
Your password must contain:
An uppercase letter.
A lowercase letter.
A number.
A special character e.g. "!" or" @" (certain characters are not permitted e.g. ".")
If you can't change your password (but it meets the above conditions) this likely means that your reset link has expired. Simply re-do the steps above to get a new link.
