Search and sort across multiple registers

View all entries for a number of registers in the Analysis page

Performing a due diligence refresher or top-up? Need to determine which titles an easement affects? You can now search, sort and filter across all register entries in your matter so you can accelerate your reporting.

How to view all the register entries in your matter:

  1. Go to the Analysis page within your matter;

  2. Select the Templates and apply "All register entries";

  3. Each row represents an entry, they are grouped by the title number;

  4. A snippet of the entry's text will be shown in the "Title Entry" column. To read the full entry "Export to Excel".

  5. To filter entries by a specific date, type or keyword see below.

How to sort entries by date so you can see the most recent:

  1. Once the "All register entries" template has been applied, select "Filter";

  2. Enter a date into the text box below "Entry Date" to see entries with a specific date. To sort entries across all titles click the arrow on the column header;

  3. Right-click any column header and select "Stop grouping";

  4. "Export to Excel" to read the full register entries and further sort entries by date or filter by a date range.

How to only view entries of a specific type:

  1. Once the "All register entries" template has been applied, select "Filter";

  2. Enter a keyword into the text box beneath "Entry Type" to search for a type, or click the drop-down arrow to see all the options;

  3. Select an "Entry Type" such as Mines and Minerals to see only entries matching that type.

  4. "Export to Excel" to read the full register entries.

Filter by certain dates or types of entry

How to power search across your matter for a keyword:

  1. Once the "All register entries" template has been applied, select "Filter";

  2. Enter a keyword into the text box beneath "Title Entry", only entries containing the keyword will be displayed;

  3. "Export to Excel" to read the full register entries and kickstart your reporting.
