Have you ordered two Official Copies and noticed that the same document has been sent twice?
If the document type and date are the same on both documents, this is due to a known issue with the HMLR portal whereby they are unable to send us two different documents of the same type and with the same document date.
HMLR is aware of the issue but we still like to flag this to them when it happens π©.
Please let us know if this happens to you and we can try to retrieve your expected document from the land reg.
