Exporting title information into a Title Register Extract Report increases the accuracy, time and quality of creating client reports.
How do I create a Title Register Extract report?
Click the reporting flag icon on the left-hand taskbar. This will take you to the reporting dashboard. You can also access this via the homepage dashboard.
Begin creating your report by clicking Select on the Title Register Extract tile that is located in the Standard Reports section.
3. The pop up selection menu will appear, here you can tick-box the specific title register(s) you wish to export. You can Select All if you need to bulk export titles quickly when working on large, complex projects.
4.Once you have made your selection, click Export on the bottom right-hand corner of the panel.
5. Voilá! Your editable report will be exported into Microsoft Word, mirroring the same order as the digital title register.
Preview your report format
To ensure that the report you are selecting is the correct format for the job you need, you can use our Preview tool. By clicking on the Download Preview option at the bottom of the Title Extract Report tile, you can preview the format of the report before exporting your titles.
