Organisation Admin users can now manage the firm's user list and matter ownership, see the gifs below to get started:
Adding Users to OW:
Simply enter the user's email address, name and telephone number. Don't click 'organisation admin account' as the user will have the same power! With great power comes great responsibility 👀
Once the user has been added they will receive a 'welcome to Orbital Witness' email containing instructions to log in and get started.
Deactivating Users on OW:
Untick 'Licence is Active' box and save! Remember to watch out for their last seen, this is useful when determining users who don't use their OW login.
Changing Matter Ownership:
Search for a matter, and then use the pencil icon to select the new matter owner.
