You have two ways of accessing Orbit CME's Ambient mode.

1. Install the Orbit CME browser extension for Chrome or Edge browsers on your Mac or PC
2. Login to your Orbit CME account on the browser extension
3. Search for articles on your favorite medical sites, like PubMed and Radiopaedia. The Orbit CME icon turns blue when it recognizes eligible content.
Wikipedia is not eligible for credits. Orbit browser icon is greyed out.
PubMed is eligible for credit. Orbit browser icon is blue.
Click the Orbit CME icon if you want to confirm that your article is being detected, but you don't need to click the icon in order to have the article detected.
4. Read the article as you normally would. Orbit CME works in the background to capture relevant information and check if they are eligible for credit.
To redeem credits, you have two options:
(A) Click on the floating Orbit CME icon on the right side of your screen to open the right side panel. Follow the prompts to tag the article and answer the post-article survey.
(B) Check the History tab on your Orbit CME Dashboard to redeem detected articles.

1. Install the Orbit CME app for iOS.
2. Login to your Orbit CME account on the app.
3. Start reading on your favorite medical sites, like PubMed and Radiopaedia. Orbit automatically tracks your reading and detects articles eligible for redemption.
4. If you're on the app: go to the Earn tab, pull down to refresh, and check the page for newly detected articles. You can redeem them from here.
5. If you're on your Orbit Dashboard on desktop mobile browser: check the History tab on your Orbit Dashboard to redeem detected articles.
